About me.

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. My passion for nutrition began when I was a teenager. Being a junior athlete, there was a clear connection between how nutrition could support my performance and also my health in the long-term.

Fast-forward to more recent years, I completed my studies and began in endurance research at Monash University with an incredible team. My first taste of working in team sports was at Williamstown FC VFL, where I worked for the 2023 and 24 seasons. This opportunity lead me to working with the Melbourne Rebels (Rugby Union) for the 2024 season before the team devastatingly folded. Currently I am working in the NBL with the South East Melbourne Phoenix as Performance Dietitian, making my mark in a new sport for me.

Aside from sport, in the last few years I’ve deepened my interest in how nutrition can benefit well-being and naturally, Women’s health as a sub-category within the well-being area. As with most things, when there is a personal interest, the exploration of the area follows. When something as abundant in our lives as food is a key factor in health, teaching others how to best utilise it only makes sense.
