Nutrition

Nutrition is a key aspect of overall wellbeing. We have a ‘second brain’ in our gut, therefore placing importance on nutrition for our mental health, mind and cognition. In addition to this, approximately 70% of our immune cells are located in our gut, meaning we need to eat well to optimise immunity of illness and disease.

Our gut is the centre of a lot of our wellbeing as humans. So, it would be foolish to not take this as your sign to invest in your nutrition to invest in your wellbeing!
